1. Services
EMU provides ERP implementation, process automation, AI agent development, integration, analytics, and managed hosting services as agreed in individual project or service agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
All deliverables produced under a project agreement become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. EMU retains the right to use generic methodologies and tools developed during the engagement.
3. Limitation of Liability
EMU's liability under any agreement is limited to the total fees paid under that agreement in the preceding 12 months. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local law. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration unless both parties agree otherwise.
